Die-cut business cards are cards cut to a custom shape rather than the standard rectangle. A steel cutting die shaped like your desired outline punches through the printed card stock to create the custom shape. Common die-cut shapes include circles, squares, arches and custom outlines of logos or products. Die-cut cards are significantly more memorable than standard rectangular cards.

We offer standard shapes including circles, squares, arches, rounded corners and mini size at fixed prices. For completely custom shapes — your logo outline, a product silhouette, or any unique form — we create a custom die at an additional cost. The first order includes the die cost. Repeat orders using the same die are cheaper.
Standard shape die-cut cards like circles and squares take 3–4 business days. Custom shape cards require die creation which adds 1–2 days — total 4–6 business days. Once your die is made, repeat orders are faster. WhatsApp us your shape for a specific production timeline.
We print die-cut cards on 350gsm or 400gsm coated card stock with gloss, matte or velvet lamination. The lamination is applied before die-cutting for clean, sealed edges. Die-cut cards must use laminated stock — unlaminated cards can fray at the cut edges.
